By booking an appointment or using the services of Pawsitively Cute Grooming, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Appointments & Pricing

Service prices may vary based on your pet’s size, breed, coat length, coat condition, behavior, and grooming needs. Final pricing may be confirmed after your pet is assessed.

Additional fees may apply for severe matting, fleas, difficult behavior, or other conditions requiring additional time and care.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

No-shows may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

Pet Health & Safety

Pet owners are responsible for informing us of any health conditions, allergies, sensitivities, injuries, behavioral concerns, or other information that may affect the grooming process.

For the safety of all pets and staff, proof of a current Rabies vaccination is required for dogs.

Matting

Severely matted coats may require additional grooming or a shave-down when necessary for the pet’s comfort and safety. Additional fees may apply.

Appointments & Behavior

We always prioritize the safety and comfort of the pets in our care. If a pet becomes excessively stressed, aggressive, or cannot be safely groomed, we may modify or discontinue the service.

Website & Online Booking

Appointment requests made through our website are subject to availability. Providing incorrect or incomplete booking information may affect our ability to provide the requested service.

Changes to These Terms

Pawsitively Cute Grooming may update these Terms & Conditions as our services or policies change. The most current version will be available on this website.
