Refund Policy

At Pawsitively Cute Grooming, we want every pet and pet parent to have a positive experience. Because grooming and daycare are personalized services, payments for completed services are generally non-refundable.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

No-shows may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

Service Concerns

If you are not satisfied with your pet’s grooming service, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the concern and do our best to find an appropriate solution.

Any adjustments, corrections, credits, or refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Fees

Additional charges for matting, fleas, difficult behavior, specialty treatments, or other services requiring additional time and care are generally non-refundable once the service has been performed.
